Our Policies
Safety Policy:
Before proceeding with the service, we will assess your dog’s behaviour and temperament. If, for any reason, it is deemed unsafe to continue, Pooch Dental reserves the right to refuse or halt the service. Additionally, during the assessment, we will examine your dog’s teeth to ensure it is safe to proceed. If we observe signs of infection or broken and cracked teeth, we will advise you to see your vet. In any situation the cleaning cannot be provided or is stopped during the service, you will not be charged the full-service fee.
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
Requests to reschedule or cancel must be made 48 hours or more in advance. The deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment or carried over to the rescheduled appointment. In the event of a no-show appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
If a dog is unable to have their teeth cleaned either for their safety or ours you will not be charged and the deposit will be returned to the original form of payment.
